青苗学校创校日：今天，我们都是彩色奔跑者
金秋十月的海淀校园，风里都裹着桂花的甜香，我们终于迎来了专属于全体师生的「创校日彩虹跑」。这一天没有严肃的排名、没有紧绷的规则，只有漫天飞扬的彩色玉米淀粉、耳边此起彼伏的笑声，和一群踩着风往前奔跑的同路人。
为了让不同学部的师生都能获得舒适、安全的活动体验，本次彩虹跑采用分时段错峰的参与机制，按照学部学段规划专属的出发时段与赛道动线，既避免了人群集中拥挤，也让每一个孩子都能在不被打扰的节奏里，沉浸式感受色彩奔跑的纯粹快乐，把校园的跑道变成释放活力的彩色乐园。
Today is founders day!
We are Haidian academy. We are a community and let us never forget the importance of community and through all the challenges, all the changes, all the adventures this community here has been a source of strength, support, and pride for us.
As you know we put a lot of love, care and support into this school. From the opening ceremony to today, we are clear that this was never meant to be just another school
The environment, the programs and the people were not made to fit in, they were made to stand out. The academic program right through to the events and activities that we use to support education. This school is truly a reflection of the passion of those who have grown it. This is as true now as it was when we opened. The different programs, the diverse community and the opportunities that we provide to our students are those that prepare them to be who they want to me. To find their passions and add their voices to our community.
At Haidian Academy we celebrate our founding with a colour run.
There are two reasons we chose this tradition as a way to celebrate together. Doing a colour run is where we run at the same time but not always together. This is to see and remember those who came before and those who will follow. A school is never static. It grows, changes, evolves, and constantly improves. So recognizing that we are where we are due to the contribution of so many, and that we keep moving only because of the continued contributions of so many. This is the first reason.
The second is that in all the greatest journeys in life, education, career growth, parenthood among them, the race is not about beating other people, the real race is to beat the little voice in your head that tells you to quit, to give up, or to look for an easier path. When the only way to win your race is to keep going, stay on the path and keep moving forward, making progress, just one step at a time, this is when you want to have a community around you. Running together makes the miles fly by. “If you want to go fast go alone, if you want to go far go together!” [quote]. And the colour stations are spread to represent milestones. when you get to a milestone, when you find something to celebrate, we celebrate together. Every lap we have something to look forward to and there is fun and laughter. It is these moments of shared achievement that get us around the track, that keep us going when we get tired and sore. So when we run we encourage those around us, when we reach the right place we laugh and play together, then we continue to strive to sweat and to never give up, together.
So in a healthy and uplifting way, we run together to celebrate our founders day.

本次活动在常规彩虹跑主赛道之外，还设置了多个充满惊喜的趣味体验站点，让整条路线不止有奔跑的畅快，更有层层递进的互动乐趣：
泡沫游戏区：松软洁白的泡沫铺满整片区域，孩子们可以在泡沫里穿梭嬉戏，和身边的伙伴互相追逐，把秋日的校园变成充满童趣的梦幻海洋
能量补给站：站点准备了温水，师生们可以在这里稍作休整，补充体力，也能随手拍下自己沾满彩粉的笑脸，定格当下的鲜活瞬间
多主题闯关打卡区：不同站点设置了趣味互动小游戏，让每一步奔跑都藏着专属的小惊喜
当奔跑的脚步声与欢呼声交织在一起，校园乐队的现场演出也同步上线。从耳熟能详的青春曲目到活力满满的节奏旋律，乐队的演出将沿着赛道分段呈现，不同学部的师生在奔跑途中都能邂逅适配自己年龄段的音乐氛围，让音乐的律动和脚下的步伐同频，把整场活动的氛围推向高潮。
没有严格的计时排名，也没有硬性的速度要求，这场彩虹跑的核心从来不是竞速，而是让每一位参与者都能卸下平日的身份标签，在漫天飞扬的彩粉里尽情舒展自己。师生并肩奔跑，彩色的粉末落在校服上、发梢上，变成了独属于这次创校日的鲜活印记，也让校园里的每一处角落，都盛满了共同创造的温暖回忆。
本次创校日彩虹跑活动，不止是一场充满趣味的校园活动，更是全体海淀校区师生共同为校庆留下的独特纪念。我们把对校园的热爱，融进每一步奔跑里，也把并肩同行的美好瞬间，封存在这个满是色彩与欢笑的秋日里。
