感谢选择上海美高学校，特此通知您孩子秋季学期的报到时间，请根据您孩子就读的年级，按时来校报到，请提前安排好您的行程。
Thank you for choosing Living Word Shanghai. This announcement serves to notify you of important upcoming events and their dates. Please make sure you register at the school on-time according to your child's current grade. Please also make sure your travel arrangements are planned accordingly in order to register on-time.

请各位新生家长携带好相关材料，按时带孩子到校参加。如有疑问，请与您对接的招生老师及时联系。感谢您的配合与支持，期待在美高双语与您和孩子相见!
All parents of new students are kindly requested to bring the required documents and accompany your child to the school on time. If you have any questions, please contact your designated admissions teacher promptly. Thank you for your cooperation and support. We look forward to seeing you and your child at LWS!
报到携带材料(以下材料若已经提供的无需重复提供)：
1. 户口本复印件(首页、户主页、父母页、学生页)(仅限中国籍)
2. 家长身份证复印件/外籍提供护照复印件/港澳台通行证或永久居民身份证复印件
3. 学生身份证复印件(若有)/外籍提供护照复印件/港澳台通行证或永久居民身份证复印件
4. 上海户籍学生提供小白卡，非上海户籍学生提供疫苗接种卡复印件(仅限小学生)
5. 一寸照片三张
6. 学籍卡(仅限转学籍学生：G2，G3，G4，G5，G7，G8)
7. 学生监护人证明：父母一方结婚证或离婚证(判决书或离婚协议书)复印件
8. 学生出生证
9. 外地户籍学生需提供父母一方和学生居住证复印件，积分单复印件(若有)
10. 外籍学生提供父母及学生的境外人士临时居住登记凭证复印件
备注：新生住宿生来校报到时，请携带住宿用品，报到流程结束后将安排住宿生进入宿舍进行内务的整理。请家长于8月31日(周一)晚上17:00-17:30将住宿生送至学校，开始新学期的住宿生活。
Note：For new boarding students, please bring your luggage with you on Aug.31. Parents please send your kids to school at Aug. 31 between 5:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. so that their new boarding and studying life at Living Word can begin!
温馨提醒 / Warm Tips
当日人员较多，学校周边停车位有限，建议您绿色出行，如确需自驾，请提前规划好路线，并将车辆停放至附近小区空余车位，校门口路边为禁停区，感谢您的理解与配合!
Please note that due to the high number of attendees on the day, parking spaces near the school are limited. We recommend that you consider green travel options, such as taking public transport or carpooling. If driving is necessary, please plan your route in advance and park your vehicle in any available parking spaces in the nearby residential areas. Please be aware that parking along the roadside at the school gate is prohibited. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
