规划有方・爱伴成长 | MYP七年级学业规划专题家长会顺利举办 Parents meeting

为精准赋能七年级学子学业成长，搭建家校共育沟通桥梁，明晰中学阶段升学、学术、课程多维发展路径，6月26日华外IB英贝学院七年级“规划有方·爱伴成长”学业规划专题家长顺利开展。本次家长会面向七年级全体家长，特邀三位深耕融合教育、升学规划、IB教研领域专家干货分享，聚力家校同心，护航学子稳步前行。 A Grade 7 parent meeting themed Strategic Planning, Loving Growth was held at EABA College on June 26. Three specialists in integrated education, admissions and IB teaching shared practical tips to align families and school for students’ balanced growth.
家长会伊始，华外同文外国语学校副校长黄彦向全场家长致以诚挚欢迎。她动情回顾了华外与上海世外教育集团自2016年以来的深厚缘分，并特别感谢世外教育集团委派上海青浦区世外学校副校长徐颖倩担任华外IB英贝学院学术顾问。同时，黄校指出，七年级是中学阶段的奠基之年，学校希望“以终为始”倒推升学目标，从初中起就为每一位孩子搭建清晰、可追踪的学术与素养双轨路径。 Principal Huang welcomed parents and reviewed the school’s long-term partnership with WFL since 2016. She thanked WFL for assigning Principal Xu as EABA's academic advisor. She stressed Grade 7 as a critical foundation year, with the school adopting backward planning to set dual tracks for academics and core competencies for every student.
教育心理学硕士、资深升学指导张彤彤率先开讲。她以《用中学6年，打造一份“有故事”的名校申请档案》为主题，结合当下海外名校招生核心逻辑，拆解初中阶段背景提升、活动塑造、特质培养关键节点，打破家长升学规划误区，结合学情给出分年级落地规划方案，帮助家长立足当下，长远布局学子升学之路。 Senior counselor Ms Tongtong shared how to build compelling university application profiles over six secondary school years. She clarified global university admission standards, sorted key junior high growth stages, corrected common planning misconceptions and provided grade-wise practical plans.
华外EABA副校长、IB官方培训官胡琴带来《根植IB育人理念，多维赋能提质，深耕学术素养》主题分享。胡校长立足本校融合办学特色，解读华外IB课程育人内核，从课堂教学、双语教研、素养培育、学情管理四大维度，介绍学部提质育人举措，详解七年级学术培养重点，让家长全面了解校内教学体系，读懂融合教育育人价值。 Principal Hu unpacked HW’s IB curriculum features. She introduced quality improvement measures covering classroom teaching, bilingual research, competency training and student tracking, and clarified Grade 7 academic focuses for parents to better understand integrated bilingual education.
本次分享压轴嘉宾为徐颖倩校长。徐校长身兼IB官方教师培训导师、认证访校官、复审官、Erickson & Lanning全球概念为本的课程与教学官方培训师多重资质，同时受聘为华外IB英贝学院课程顾问，拥有多年中学英语骨干教研、双语及融合课程全流程管理经验，助力优化华外课程体系、打磨双语教研、赋能教师成长、定制学段学业方案。 The closing speech was delivered by Principal Xu, an IB senior trainer and certified curriculum consultant with rich bilingual school management experience. She helps HW optimize curricula, upgrade bilingual teaching, train teachers and design grade-specific learning plans.
在现场的分享中，徐校长以深厚的 IB 课程理论与实践积淀，为家长们带来了前沿的学术视野。本次她带来《“看” 得见的成长 — 以确定的底气拥抱不确定的未来》主题分享，依托世外成熟办学体系，聚焦七年级学业发展要点，为家校共育、学段规划提供专业指引。这场分享不止于即时答疑赋能，更串联起沪穗两地名校的教育联结。 In her talk Visible Growth: Face the Future with Confidence, Principal Xu shared cutting-edge IB insights centered on Grade 7 learning priorities. Drawing on WFL’s mature school system, she offered professional home-school planning advice and strengthened educational ties between Shanghai and Guangzhou.
华外与上海世外的缘分由来已久。早在2016年12月，上海世外教育服务发展有限公司总经理徐俭便曾到访华外，对学校“更中国，更世界”的办学理念给予了高度赞赏。此后，徐俭校长多次亲临华外——从为中层管理干部带来干货满满的执行力培训，到2023年9月华外新校牌揭幕仪式上亲临致辞，盛赞华外“九年快速发展，得益于华外发展的高质量追求”;再到2025年3月华外十周年发展大会再次到场见证。这份跨越千里的教育情谊，见证了两校在教育探索道路上的彼此呼应。 The HW-WFL partnership dates back to late 2016. Mr Xu, General Manager of WFL Education, has visited HW repeatedly for management training, plaque unveiling and the school’s 10th anniversary. He highly recognized HW’s mission Embrace China, Embrace the World, marking a long-distance educational bond between the two schools.
整场家长会干货满满，兼顾学术培养、课程规划、升学路径三大家长核心关切，依托世外集团高端教研资源，立足成长关键期，厘清学业发展方向。未来，华外将持续深化与世外教育集团战略合作，依托学术顾问赋能、世外资源加持，深耕家校共育，精细化做好学段学业规划，陪伴每一位华外学子向阳成长、逐光前行。 The meeting fully addressed parents’ core concerns over academics, curricula and university admissions with WFL Group’s top educational resources.
