于碧波之上，展青春之姿。华外帆船校队的队员们近日驭风破浪，驰骋于国内外各大帆船赛场，并捷报频传，以卓越的竞技水平与精神风貌，赢得了广泛赞誉。
尤为值得一提的是，在刚刚结束的2025年J/70科林斯世界锦标赛中，队员们表现惊艳。赛后，中国香港奥委会主席霍震霆先生特意慰问了优秀学员，并对他们所取得的佳绩给予了大力赞赏。
Recently, the HW Sailing Team has achieved remarkable results in domestic and international competitions, showcasing the excellence of HW students.
2025年J/70科林斯世界锦标赛中，我校十一年级韦翕、八年级雷轩昊同学作为青年组队员，与全球青年帆船好手同台竞技，凭借稳定的发挥和出色的团队配合，勇夺青年组第三名!这是华外帆船运动走向世界舞台的里程碑。At the concluded 2025 J/70 Corinthians World Championship, Grade 11 student Wei Xi and Grade 8 student Lei Xuanhao competed against top global youth sailors. Demonstrating skill and teamwork, they secured 3rd place in the Youth Division. This marks a milestone for HW sailing on the world stage.
在强手如林的2025年全国帆船锦标赛上，八年级徐天一同学在男子ILCA4级银组决赛中，面对复杂海况，沉着冷静，取得了单轮第8名的优异成绩。National Spotlight: At the highly competitive 2025 National Sailing Championships, Grade 8 student Xu Tianyi achieved an excellent single-race 8th place in the men's ILCA4 Silver Group finals, navigating complex conditions.
特别值得一提的是，三年级的张玺文同学作为南沙帆船协会派出的最小参赛队员，在比赛中不畏强手，顽强拼搏，坚持完成了所有赛程。他展现出的非凡毅力和团队精神，赢得了所有人的赞赏。Young Talent: Notably, Grade 3 student Zhang Xiwen, the youngest competitor from the Nansha Sailing Association team, showed determination and spirit by completing all races, earning widespread praise.
华外帆船校队自 2023年3月26日 正式成立以来，便以专业的姿态启航。我们拥有：Since its official launch on March 26, 2023, the HW Sailing Team has operated professionally. Key features include:
科学的训练体系：固定每周一次训练，并坚持“以赛代练”，平均每月参与一场赛事。本地化的冬训与夏训，确保队员们全年都能获得持续提升。Structured Training: Weekly sessions, regular competition-based practice, and localized winter/summer training ensure continuous development.
顶级的教练团队：队伍由经验丰富、技术高超的全国冠军级别运动员担任主教练，为队员们提供系统、科学、前沿的专业指导。Expert Coaches: The team is guided by a head coach who is a national champion-level athlete, providing systematic and expert instruction.
全方位的学校支持：华外始终为需要外出比赛的学生提供全方位的支持，确保学子们能够无后顾之忧地追逐梦想。Full School Support: HW offers comprehensive support for students traveling for competitions, allowing them to pursue their goals.
在两年的短暂时光里，这支年轻的队伍已经取得了令人瞩目的成就：In just two years, this young team has achieved significant results:
全队已有三名队员获评“国家二级运动员” 称号;
荣获全国青少年帆船赛总决赛 U15亚军。斩获2023广东省青少年帆船锦标赛OP组团体第四名、激光4.7组团体第四名 等多项省级荣誉。……
每一座奖杯、每一张证书，都是队员们汗水与努力的最好见证。
帆船运动，不仅仅关乎技巧与速度，更是一场关于勇气与成长的历练。回想两年前，许多孩子通过“帆船进校园”活动第一次接触帆船，内心充满了好奇，也夹杂着对大海的畏惧。从最初的退缩、不敢下水，到在教练的鼓励下第一次驶出港口，第一次独立掌舵，第一次熟练完成迎风转向、换舷等高难度操作……他们在海浪的洗礼中，不仅掌握了航海技能，更塑造了乐观、自信、坚毅的宝贵品格。Sailing is not just about skill and speed; it's a lesson in courage and growth.
Two years ago, many students first encountered sailing through the "Sailing on Campus" program, curious yet hesitant. From initial reluctance to their first solo voyage, mastering complex maneuvers like tacking and jibing – they have not only gained sailing skills but also built optimism, confidence, and resilience.
队员们的佳绩，不仅是个人辛勤付出的回报，更是华外“健康第一”教育理念的生动体现。华外一直致力于将体育深度融入学生的日常学习与生活，提供丰富的课程与社团活动，鼓励学生发展特长，实现全面发展。The team's success reflects HW's "Health First" educational philosophy.
